Mr. Zisser, Executive President of Elbit Imaging, served as Executive Chairman of the board of directors from 1999-2009. Mr. Zisser was President and Chairman of the board of directors of Europe-Israel since March 1998, and President and Chairman of the board of directors of Control Centers since 1983. He has developed major real estate development projects in Israel (including the city of Emmanuel, the Herzliya Marina, the Ashkelon Marina, and the Sea and Sun luxury residential project in north Tel Aviv), as well as large scale residential and hotel projects abroad. As President, Mr. Zisser leads Elbit Imaging’s core businesses, including real estate investment, hotel ownership and management, development and operation of shopping and entertainment centers in Central/Eastern Europe and in India, development of major residential projects and mixed-use complexes as well as venture capital investments in the hi-tech, medical and bio-technology industries. Mr. Zisser has also served as Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Plaza Centers since October 2006. Mr. Zisser is active in charitable organizations and is a member of the management of the “Oranit” hostel. |

Mr. Yitzhaki serves as Chairman of Elbit Imaging’s Board of Directors. From 1999-2009, Mr. Yitzhaki was President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as being a member of the Company’s board of directors. From March 2005 until August 2006, Mr. Yitzhaki also held the title of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Yitzhaki holds the position of board director of a number of Elbit Imaging subsidiaries, including Elscint (since May 1999) and Plaza Centers (since October 2006). Previously, Mr. Yitzhaki served as Vice President of Europe-Israel and as Vice President of Control Centers. Mr. Yitzhaki holds a B.A. in accounting from Bar Ilan University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Mr. Goren has served as a member of Elbit Imaging’s board of directors since April 2006 and as Vice Chairman since September 2006. Since July 1999, Mr. Goren has also held the role of Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Elscint. Mr. Goren focuses on the development of new investments for the Company, and heads the high-tech investment division. Until 2004, Mr. Goren was Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Nessuah Zannex Ltd., a leading Israeli investment house. Mr. Goren was a partner at the law firm of Prof. Joseph Gross, Hodak, Greenberg & Co. (now known as Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co.) in Tel Aviv, a leading Israeli securities and corporate law firm. From September 1989 until August 1992, Mr. Goren was an associate at the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York. Mr. Goren also holds the title of director for various private companies in Israel and abroad. Mr. Goren holds an L.L.B. from Bar Ilan University and an L.L.M. from New York University. Mr. Goren was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1987 and to the New York State Bar in 1990. |

Mr. Machluf serves as co-CEO of Elbit Imaging, a position he has held since January 2010. From 2006-2009, Mr. Machluf was the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Previously, from 2003 until 2005, Mr. Machluf was the head of Elbit Imaging’s accounting department and managed the transaction department. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Machluf was a manager at Deloitte & Touche, Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Machluf holds a B.A. in Economics and an L.L.M., both from Bar Ilan University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Mr. Shtarkman serves as co-CEO of Elbit Imaging, a position he has held since January 2010. He also serves as CEO of Plaza Centers N.V., a subsidiary of Elbit Imaging. Mr. Shtarkman joined the Company in 2002. Previous roles for Mr. Shtarkman include Chief Financial Officer of SPL Software Ltd., Finance and Administration Manager for Continental Airlines' Israeli operations and Controller of Natour Ltd. Mr. Shtarkman holds a B.A. in accounting and economics from Tel-Aviv University and an M.B.A. from Ben Gurion University of the Negev and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Mr. Moshe was appointed CFO of Elbit Imaging on January 1, 2010. Prior to his appointment of CFO, Mr. Moshe served as the Chief Controller of the Company, a position he held from January 2006. Mr. Moshe also held the position of the Controller of the Company's subsidiaries from 2001 to 2005. From 2000 to 2001, he was the Controller for a group of public companies in the fields of contracting, real estate, and technology, and from 1999 to 2000, Mr. Moshe was a senior in KPMG Israel. Mr. Moshe is a Certified Accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the University of Haifa. |

Mr. Adar Shashouh was appointed Head of Finance Division (Israel) of Elbit Imaging on January 1, 2010. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Shashouh served as a Controller in the finance department since August 2000, and from year 2006, served in a number of financial roles. Mr. Shashouh completed his CPA internship at KPMG Israel. He is a Certified Accountant and holds a B.A in Accounting and Economics from the Tel Aviv University. |

Mr. Maayan has served as Elbit Imaging’s General Counsel since October 2008. From 2007-2008, Mr. Maayan held the title of Assistant General Counsel for the Company. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Maayan was Assistant General Counsel for Israel Aerospace Industries. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Maayan was a senior associate in the law firm of Shugol, Ketzef, Ehrlich, Kerner & Co., specializing in commercial and civil law, international commerce, banking and financing, bankruptcy, biopharmaceutical industry, real-estate and litigation. Mr. Maayan is a graduate of the Bar-Ilan University (LL.B., LL.M., cum laude). |
