The Kharadi Project site is located in the eastern part of the city of Pune and will  be comprised of a shopping and entertainment center, together with an office area and an apartment hotel with a total built up area of approximately 225,000 square meters (inclusive of parking places). The project shall be executed and equally held by Plaza Centers N.V.  and a local partner (who is a leading property developer in the state of Maharashtra).

The Kharadi area is one of the fastest growing areas in the city of Pune and is witnessing significant residential developments of high and upper middle class projects. In addition, the area is well driven by a demand for IT/ITES facilities due to the adjacent software parks comprising the area.
